Bri is a lover of all things health and wellness.

She is a trained professional dancer who has been dancing since she was three years old. She’s performed on the Las Vegas Strip for the last three years. From the first reformer class she took five years ago, Bri was absolutely hooked on Pilates. Since then she’s taken numerous classes, which led her to becoming a Pilates instructor herself.

Because Brianna is a professionally trained classical dancer, she recognizes that some of the fundamentals of dance–a strong core, balance, and coordination–go hand in hand with Pilates. Having this thorough knowledge and understanding helps Bri to instruct and aid each student throughout their Pilates session.

Aside from Pilates she loves going on long dog walks and strength training in a gym. She is currently working on her personal training certification with NASM. A few of her favorite things are her two dogs, assisting her husband with wedding photography, and baking. Bri looks forward to bringing her expertise to Pilates + Yoga.
