Private Pilates Lessons & Yoga Sessions allow the convenience of booking a time that works best for your schedule–as well as the attention of your own certified trainer to ensure proper form and breath to achieve your goals.
Working one-on-one with a trainer allows you to set the goals you want to accomplish. Your trainer will customize a plan for your interests, objectives, and needs, as well as educate and motivate you to achieve accelerated results.
We suggest that a new client begins with a private Pilates lesson or Yoga session to introduce them to the equipment and help them learn the proper form. This groundwork helps lay the foundation for the fundamentals of your practice. Private sessions help you to prepare for group sessions and set you up for success to get the most out of your classes.
Whether you are beginning your practice or want to deepen your practice, your highly qualified Personal Instructor provides specific training to guide whatever adaptations you may need for injuries, weight loss, pre-natal, post-natal, post-surgery, and athletic enhancement.
Private Pilates Lesson & Yoga Session Rates
If you are unable to keep your appointment you must cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the session. All “No Shows” will be charged. All sales are final. Packages expire 6 months from the date of purchase.
