I’m a current CrossFitter who was becoming frustrated with lack of mobility and progression. I always knew the benefits of yoga and Pilates for breathing/stretching/core stabilization but I wasn’t about to do this on my own!
The studio offered me a wide variety of disciplines to find what fit me best. Highly knowledgeable and creative instructors kept the work both super efficient and super fun! The positive attitudes, music, and the inviting beautiful atmosphere make it a pleasure to come back again and again.
I wanted to be a part of it so much, I enrolled in the teacher training! Side note; I currently hold 4 different certifications in various fitness disciplines but I’m finding this to be THE most comprehensive training I’ve ever had.
