Taught by Kim T

ABOUT KIM: After moving to Las Vegas three years ago and desiring a more strenuous workout than yoga, Kim decided to take her first Pilates Reformer class. She’d wanted to get back into shape after the birth of her son, and her friends had recommended Pilates. She instantly fell in love with the practice and dove head first into daily classes. Having had her son three years prior, she’d been feeling drained, and she needed to center herself and recover her positive body image.

Working out had always been a way for her to center herself, and she felt nothing helped her become more in tune with herself than did Pilates. Pilates was almost like a kind of meditation. The practice allowed her to isolate each muscle with a slow and controlled movement. Her newfound strength prepared her for the challenges and demands in her life. She knew Pilates was the place for her.
