Pilates Mat
Pilates Mat classes are a full body workout that create long, lean muscles. Pilates Mat is performed on a mat on the floor and achieves results by using gravity and your body’s own resistance–and sometimes small props, such as foam rollers, the magic circle or ring, balls or weights. This beginner friendly class is ideal for multiple fitness levels. Pilates Mat will improve your flexibility, posture, strength, and balance.
Pilates Sculpt
Pilates Sculpt is like a combination of a Pilates Mat class with additional weights and more toning and sculpting. This class is for developing lean muscles and strength while working on stretching, toning and alignment. While still working on core strength and stretching, this class incorporates high-intensity cardio bursts to maximize a calorie-burning effect.
Reformer/Apparatus Pilates
Reformer Pilates kicks your work-out up a notch, giving you all the benefits of you Pilates Mat work-out, but with faster results! Classes take place on Reformers (also known as the apparatus), machines that use springs and pulleys to challenge the body with variable resistance. This variable resistance makes Reformer Pilates unique, giving you accelerated results. Group Reformer classes are a positive and upbeat way to keep your routines challenging. Instructors ensure that you understand each exercise, and they offer variety in the classes to mix it up.
Reformer Pilates are a great way to work your Core and improve total body conditioning without placing stress on your joints. Great for all fitness levels; instructors can modify or intensify each exercise to adapt to all individuals and levels. Classes utilize the Pilates Reformer, Pilates Chair, and Pilates Springboard.

Beginning Reformer/Apparatus Pilates
These classes are just like our Reformer/Apparatus classes, but for students just starting out on the apparatus. These classes are ideal for students who have taken under 3 Reformer Pilates classes. Classes utilize the Pilates Reformer, Pilates Chair, and Pilates Springboard so that clients

Yin Yoga
Yin yoga consists of passive poses that are held 3-7 minutes, primarily on the floor. In this class you will practice stillness and access deeper tissues such as the fascia and connective tissues. Yin yoga is a great compliment to any yang practice (such as a vinyasa flow class). This class will help with your flexibility and meditation as well as release tension.
Restorative Yoga
This class is a slower-paced class that especially focuses on the mindfulness aspect of all the yoga disciplines. Beginning with gentle movements to relieve tension and open up the body, the class then moves to restorative poses held for longer periods, often using props to allow for full relaxation. Instructors provide modifications for those who have injuries or chronic conditions. The poses allow you to truly and deeply relax, calming your mind and your body’s nervous system. With practice, you’ll find improved serenity and concentration, as well as relief from stress. The mindfulness of restorative yoga can help improve chronic conditions such as anxiety, depression, stress, migraines, and pain.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class
Vinyasa yoga is a popular style of yoga that “flows,” connecting the breath with a series of poses. The rhythm of a class helps us calm our minds and deepen our connection to those around us. The dynamic movements link the body with the breath to achieve strength, flexibility, and self-confidence. Our instructors help you achieve the best alignment so that you get the most out of your practice. Vinyasa is a faster paced class that can also offer cardio benefits.
Mixed Level Yoga Class
Mixed Level Yoga is accessible for all yogis. Instructors teach modifications of the various poses to accommodate students of different levels and abilities. As in other yoga classes, in this class you will practice alignment, body awareness, breath work, balance, and core engagement. This class is welcome to all levels.
Gentle Flow Yoga
Gentle flow yoga is a vinyasa class that is taught at a slower place than most vinyasa flow classes to accommodate all levels. Vinyasa yoga is a popular style of yoga that “flows,” connecting the breath with a series of poses. The rhythm of a class helps us calm our minds and deepen our connection to those around us. The dynamic movements link the body with the breath to achieve strength, flexibility, and self-confidence. Our instructors help you achieve the best alignment so that you get the most out of your practice.This class offers variations and is designed to be gentle enough for someone new to yoga and also good for the experienced yogi.
Soulful Sunday Yoga
These classes are designed to introduce new and continuing students to the foundations of alignment, breathwork, primary poses, sequences, and variations. Soulful Sunday Yoga is intended for both new students and students who have practiced yoga before; it is a class for students who want to build on and refine their yoga practice. Students work on finding balance between strength and flexibility while exploring traditional poses from Hatha and Ashtanga styles. This steady-paced class improves breathing and posture while building endurance. The class is appropriate for beginning and intermediate students to develop and refine a solid foundation for their yoga practice. No experience is required and everyone is welcome in this class.
Barre
Barre classes incorporate the fluidity of ballet, the flexibility of yoga, and the core strengthening of Pilates–with no dance experience required! Barre provides a low impact workout that combines light weights with other props to ensure you get a challenging workout every time! The class uses the ballet barre for the perfect blend of deep muscle toning, stretching, balancing, and cardiovascular intervals guaranteed to pump up your heart rate and burn fat! It is a structured, easy-to-follow total body workout.
