Pilates Mat classes are a full body workout that create long, lean muscles and help improve your flexibility, posture, strength, and balance. Pilates Mat is performed on a mat on the floor and achieves results by using gravity and your body’s own resistance–and sometimes small props, such as foam rollers, the magic circle, balls or weights. A beginner friendly class ideal for multiple fitness levels.
Pilates Sculpt is a combination of a Pilates Mat class with additional weights and more toning and sculpting. This class is for developing lean muscles and strength while working on stretching, toning and alignment. As well as working on core strength and stretching, this class incorporates high-intensity cardio bursts to maximize a calorie-burning effect.
Barre classes incorporate the fluidity of ballet, the mobility of yoga, and the core strengthening of Pilates. No dance experience required! Barre is a low impact workout that combines light weights with other props ensuring you get a challenging workout every time! A perfect blend of deep muscle toning, stretching, balancing, and cardiovascular intervals guaranteed to pump up your heart rate!
A foundational Pilates reformer class where we review the basics of the Pilates reformer. Good for beginning students who are brand new to the reformer and experienced students wishing to work on basics and form.
Reformer Pilates is a great way to work your core and improve total body conditioning without placing stress on your joints. Great for all fitness levels; instructors can modify each exercise to adapt to all individuals and levels.
Intermediate Reformer is a Pilates apparatus class for students with a comprehensive knowledge of the Pilates reformer and who are looking for a more challenging complete body workout.
Taught by our teacher trainees completing their 450-hour Pilates Comprehensive program, this discounted Reformer class uses spring-based resistance to challenge your body with your own weight. It’s a great way to build core strength and total-body conditioning without stressing your joints. Instructors can modify each exercise, making it accessible for every fitness level.
A fan favorite! In this Pilates reformer class we use low impact jumping to increase the heart rate while building muscle, improving coordination and promoting proper alignment. Great for students looking for a combination of cardio & strengthening without the impact and strain on joints.
This Pilates apparatus class is for students who have previous experience with the reformer. Specific exercises on the Wunda chair help to improve flexibility and increase range of motion. This class utilizes the Pilates reformer and Wunda chair for an added challenge to your regular reformer workout.
This calming Reformer class blends slow, deliberate exercises with soothing stretches to release tension and improve flexibility. We move at a gentle pace, connecting breath and body rather than pushing for intensity. Perfect after an intense workout or whenever you need a little self-care. Leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and ready for what’s next.
Senior Yoga offers the same benefits as our other classes: mindful breathing, improved strength, balance, and flexibility, plus accommodations for common needs like knee replacements or osteoporosis. Balancing poses are done at the wall for support, and we skip repeated trips up and down from the floor. Instructors offer variations so you can find what works best for your body. We’re never too old for yoga!
Yin yoga consists of passive poses that are held for several minutes. In this class you will practice stillness while accessing deeper tissues such as fascia and connective tissue. This class eases tension while facilitating mobility and mindfulness. Most of this class is practiced lying down on the mat.
This yin yoga class incorporates essential oils. Yin yoga consists of passive poses that are held 2-5 minutes primarily done on the floor. In this class you’ll practice stillness and meditation with aromatherapy while stretching deeply into your fascia and connective tissues. Each oil is distributed with a dropper for hygiene (of course you can opt out). Leave feeling zen and smelling good.
Gentle Flow is a vinyasa class taught at a slower pace, linking breath with movement through a steady sequence of poses. Our instructors focus on alignment so you get the most out of every class. Variations are offered throughout, making this class welcoming for first-timers and experienced yogis alike.
Mixed Level Yoga is accessible for all yogis. Instructors teach modifications of the various poses to accommodate students of different levels and abilities. As in other yoga classes, in this class you will practice alignment, body awareness, breath work, balance, and core engagement. This class is welcome to all levels.
Vinyasa yoga is a popular style of yoga that “flows,” connecting the breath with a series of poses. The dynamic movements link the body with the breath to achieve strength, flexibility, and self-confidence. Our instructors help you achieve the best alignment so that you get the most out of your practice. Vinyasa is a faster paced class that can also offer cardio benefits.
Whether you’re beginning for the first time or returning to your practice, you’ll find a class that supports you every step of the way.
