Our Pilates Mat Teacher Training is a comprehensive training to learn the fundamentals of teaching a mat Pilates class. Pilates Mat is based off of the classical method of Joseph Pilates taught with a contemporary approach.
In this training you will learn how to execute the classical mat curriculum and understand each exercise, perform client assessments, when and how to use props, precautions and contraindications, basic anatomy, how to format a class, and the Pilates Method Alliance Code of Ethics and Scope of Practice.
This training is 3 full days and includes a package of 10 credits to attend mat classes.
