We will begin with a gentle and rejuvenating Yin Yoga practice with feel-good hands-on adjustments to help ready the body for relaxation in a safe environment allowing you to shift from the external distractions to an internal bliss.

Sound Bath immersion (crystal bowls, bells, chimes, and Rain stick sound healing musical instruments).

All levels – beginners welcome. Adjustments are optional

Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to keep your appointment you must cancel at least 24 hours in advance. No refunds will be offered but credits can be used for a future workshop.
