You will need: A yoga mat and any other props or articles of clothing that will enable you to feel fully supported and cozy during this workshop.We will begin with a gentle and rejuvenating Yin Yoga practice with feel-good hands-on adjustments to help ready the body for relaxation.
All levels – beginners welcome. Adjustments are optional
Sound Bath immersion (crystal bowls, bells, chimes, and Rain stick sound healing musical instruments).Safe environment to shift from the external distractions to an internal bliss.Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to keep your appointment you must cancel at least 24 hours in advance. No refunds will be offered but credits can be used for a future workshop.
If you are more than 5 minutes late to class you will be considered a “No Show” and your spot will be given away to another student.
