Pilates, barre, yoga, and reformer.
Come try us for a month for just $109 for Pilates, yoga, and reformer classes!
You don’t need another workout. You need a space where you feel supported, seen, and motivated to move your body in a way that feels good.
That’s what we offer here at Pilates + Yoga Las Vegas.
Whether you’re looking to ease back into movement, find your rhythm again, or simply carve out time for yourself, our boutique studio is your second home.
If you’re like most of our clients, you’re done with:
• Overcrowded gyms that feel impersonal and overwhelming
• Intimidating workout classes filled with unrealistic expectations
• Programs that push a “perfect body” narrative you never signed up for
You just want to move. To feel good again. To belong somewhere.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What’s the difference between Pilates mat and Pilates reformer?
Pilates mat is done on a yoga mat with your own body weight and sometimes small props. Pilates reformer is done on an apparatus called a reformer that uses your own body weight as resistance.
Q: I’m a beginner; what class should I take?
We’ll help you choose a class that fits your comfort level. Most of our beginner clients love starting with Mat Pilates or gentle Yoga.
Q: What membership should I buy?
Start with one of our intro offers: $69 for Yoga/Mat/Barre or $109 for full access. From there, you can explore the best option based on your schedule.
Q: How do credits work?
Yoga, Mat, and Barre classes = 1 credit. Reformer classes = 2 credits. Packages expire in 6 months and offer flexible scheduling.
Q: How do I see the schedule?
You can use the Mindbody app or view the schedule directly in your browser on our website.
Q: Do I need to make a reservation in advance?
Yes. Reservations help us manage class sizes. You can book anytime via Mindbody.

Please reach out before attending. We’ll guide you to a safe, supportive class or session.
