DESCRIPTION:It’s the last of our Equinox/Solstice soundbath series of 2024!! \nJoin us for a transformative Fall Equinox Sound Bath\, where you’ll be guided into deep relaxation and inner balance as we transition into the season of harvest. Bathe in the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls\, gongs\, and other healing instruments\, harmonizing your mind\, body\, and spirit with the energies of autumn. This experience is perfect for releasing the old\, setting new intentions\, and aligning with the natural rhythms of the earth. Embrace the change of seasons with peace and rejuvenation. All are welcome—no prior experience needed. \nInstructor: Jess H\nWorkshop Fee: $45 \nClick HERE to register! \nYou will need: A yoga mat and any other props or articles of clothing that will enable you to feel fully supported and cozy during this workshop.\nWe will begin with a gentle and rejuvenating Yin Yoga practice with feel-good hands-on adjustments to help ready the body for relaxation.\nAll levels – beginners welcome. Adjustments are optional\nSound Bath immersion (crystal bowls\, bells\, chimes\, and Rain stick sound healing musical instruments). \nSafe environment to shift from the external distractions to an internal bliss. \nCancellation Policy: If you are unable to keep your appointment you must cancel at least 24 hours in advance.
