Led by experienced practitioners\, this workshop offers a transformative journey to release stress\, restore balance\, and awaken inner harmony. Join us for an unforgettable experience of deep healing and renewal amidst the magic of the longest day of the year.\n\nInstructor: Jess H\nWorkshop Fee: $45\n\nClick HERE to reserve your spot!!\n\n\nYou will need: A yoga mat and any other props or articles of clothing that will enable you to feel fully supported and cozy during this workshop.We will begin with a gentle and rejuvenating Yin Yoga practice with feel-good hands-on adjustments to help ready the body for relaxation.\nAll levels – beginners welcome. Adjustments are optional\nSound Bath immersion (crystal bowls\, bells\, chimes\, and Rain stick sound healing musical instruments).Safe environment to shift from the external distractions to an internal bliss.Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to keep your appointment you must cancel at least 24 hours in advance.
