Pilates Circuit is a mix of various exercises in circuit format. This includes the Pilates reformer, weights, jump board, chair and mat. This workshop is a combination of cardio and lean muscle toning that will keep you engaged and having fun the entire class. In this one hour workshop you’ll rotate between 3 stations spending 20 minutes at each.
