JODI’S discovery and passion for Pilates began in 1999 while serving in the United States Air Force; she immediately recognized its potential to transform and sculpt her body. Dedicating  years to strengthening her body through Pilates, her interests began to expand. Jodi tested her body’s abilities and began participating in Marathon Running and eventually Ultra-Marathons. To date, Jodi has completed more than 10 full Marathons and several Ultra-Marathons. It was during the course of training for these Marathons that Jodi was introduced to Yoga. She developed a steady practice to assist in preparing and recovering from the intensity of long runs. By using both Pilates and Yoga as part of her cross-training regimen, it has prepared Jodi to train for UltraMarathons as extensive as 50-miles.

As Jodi pursued her education at UNLV, earning a degree in Psychology, she also gained additional knowledge in fitness and kinesiology. This all became part of shaping her desire to make fitness and wellness a much larger part of her life and sharing her enthusiasm with others through instructing.

Over the past decade, Jodi has practiced Pilates abroad in over 30 countries.  Her goals are to continue with her love of fitness and travel by running Marathons on each continent and further developing her skills in both Pilates and Yoga.

MICHELLE, a yoga practitioner for more than a decade, Michelle Kruczynski fell in love with yoga during her time in college and quickly began studying as many forms of the ancient art as possible. After developing a regular practice and becoming a serious yoga student, she began to pursue a certification to get her back into a teaching role. Her journey took her to a YogaWorks Teacher Training in early 2010 where she spent six months studiously learning anatomy, philosophy, alignment and pranayama. Today Michelle prides herself in offering a safe, enlightening environment for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. Heather Fairman

Heather Fairman is a registered yoga teacher with a 200 hour level certification and is currently working on a 500 hour certification. Heather’s first time practicing yoga was in a gym in Florida, which had assembled an amazing group of instructors who inspired in her a desire to practice and learn more. A dedicated practitioner of Vinyasa Flow for the last five years, she has been teaching in the Las Vegas area since 2012. Heather infuses her playful classes with humor to remind us of the joy yoga produces even when our body is working at it’s edge in the “crazy pose of the day”. When not teaching or practicing yoga, Heather helps out the Southern Nevada Pug Rescue, so don’t be surprised if you catch her doing Down Dog in a Pug Life t-shirt.  Heather teaches the Friday evening class.
