Rraine has been practicing yoga for over 30 years, and has been teaching for over 10 years.
During her time teaching, she has been teaching mostly seniors and beginners. She enjoys the commitment and curiosity that both of these groups display.
The majority of her training has been in the iyengar and ashtanga traditions, with an emphasis on alignment appropriate to each individual’s anatomy and bone structure. Because of her training she is able to modify most poses to fit any level of ability. She continues to learn and study with senior teachers.
Rraine likes to bring a lightness to her classes, so there is generally a lot of laughing involved! Students should bring their sense of humor, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
