Booking

Pre booking is not required for group classes but is recommended, class sizes are limited and only those who prebook are guaranteed a spot. Drop-ins without a reservation are welcome subject to availability. Prices listed are for non-members only.  Check out our membership deals and packages….

For Private sessions we recommend calling to arrange your first appointment as you will be able to discuss your individual needs with one of our experienced instructors.

Classes are available to students of all levels, though as you experience our wide variety of classes you will find the ones you like best, in style and difficulty. We recommend sampling as many classes as possible to find your perfect fit.  All class are approximately 50-60 minutes duration.

Class schedule subject to change without notice, we reserve the right to add, change or cancel classes as necessary, we will do our best to give advance notice before making any changes.

Pre/Post-Natal Classes

Many of our classes are suitable for pregnant students or new mothers. We safely modify the exercises while maintaining the challenges of a regular class.  These classes are marked on the schedule with ***

Postnatal clients must wait six weeks after giving birth or until their doctor approves returning to an exercise routine. We do not recommend class for students with conditions such as preeclampsia, incompetent cervix or placenta previa. If you have high blood pressure or a history of miscarriage, please see your doctor regarding the safety of exercise while pregnant. Please discuss your planned routine with your doctor!
