Pelvic health issues are common, but that doesn’t mean they are normal. Many people suffer in silence, but there is so much that can be done to resolve or improve pelvic health. Knowing more is empowering. In this workshop you will learn how breath, movement, alignment, and information can be your best tools to a strong and effective core. Topics included: anatomy of the pelvis, pelvic health dysfunction, core four, breath awareness, postural alignment, pelvic girdle pain, hypertonic & hypotonic pelvic floor, intra abdominal pressure and incontinence.

Bio: Angela Reis

Angela Reis is an ERYT, RPYT and certified birth & postpartum doula. She began studying and taking courses on pelvic health after the birth of her second child. She is a member of the Pelvic Health Professionals and owner of Prenatal Yoga Las Vegas.

Angela is passionate about yoga and the birthing community. Angela is a Las Vegas native and UNLV alumni. She resides in Las Vegas with her husband, two wild boys, flat face dog brigade (Frenchie and Pug), and one chubby tabby cat.
